    Renting Foreclosure Florida
We just rented a house in Palm Beach county Florida, starting August 2007 @ $1,700/mo. Just got served with Foreclosure filing. Owner aware of arrears. He still entered contract with us. 1) What are our rights? 2) Do we still pay the rent to the current owner?

    Thanks for your help.

Until the property is actually foreclosed ( and the owner may save it from foreclosure, many houses get close but don't get foreclosed. Perhaps he is using the rent payments to keep it out.

But as long as the landlord is the owner, you have to pay him the rent.

Why were you served? What did the notice say?
