While driving the brake, abs, & low traction lights on the dash come on for about 3-5 seconds & then go out. While this is happening the brake pedal gets hard & radio turns off & then comes back on when all lights go off & all is normal. Please help!

Start by checking the battery terminal and charging system. Make certain all ground connections are clean and tight. If the ABS light comes on steady , you should check to see if any codes are being stored. It may be a low voltage code and not a problem with the ABS system.

If the engine/ignition system is starving for voltage, and the engine nears stalling, vacuum will be very low and could cause the brake pedal feel to become stiffer.
