    Is a four hour shift illeagal in PA?
    Hi, I was told by a couple friends that it is illegal for retail management to schedule a part-time employee for a shift that is less than four hours long. Is this true?

    Well, I don't know about pa, but I would think part time would be any amount of hours that they wanted to schedule you. But I would think it should be no less than 3 hours at a time.
