What does "$0.1 par value" mean?
A share certificate for 65,000 shares says "fully paid and non-assessable shares of $.01 par value common stock of..."
Does this mean each common share is only worth a penny? For your information, I have been advised the company in question was publicly traded on various stock exchanges. |
