    Im a 29 year old male and I have been experiencing pain off and on in one of my testicles what could this be?

    It could be a lot of things - some not so bad, and some really bad. Go see your doctor.

    I definitely concur with excon on the advice to see a doctor. Tell the doctor what/where your pain is and that you want to be seen today, not in two weeks or a month.
