    Confused, mp4 player
    I have just bought a mp4 player, it's a GENERIC make and 4GB.
    I would like some help putting music on it. Or just a simple step by step for it as I never got a guide with the player.
    I've been trying to sync music from my windows media player to my mp4 player and it put two songs on and won't put any more on.
    When I try to put more songs on it says preparing sync and then just stops. I'm very confused! Its brand new only received it. HELP ME!!

    Most players plug into a USB port. They then, become another drive on your system. You can use WMP to copy the tracks to that drive.
