I walked outside to enjoy the daylight,and the civil defense sirens went off,(first Tuesday of the month)and the events of 9/11 rang clearly through my head,my feelings are a little shaky and helpless.

On the contrary, some do pull over, but only so they can jump right behind the vehicle with red flashing lights and sounds so they can draft off them...
