I just had my bank account levied. It was due to a IRS compliant. My question is, they took out money to satisfy the judgement, does this mean that whenever in the future if I was to deposit more money in the account, it will be withdrawn again ?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

No, an IRS levy has to be refiled each time. But they can do that quickyl if the find money going into the account.
