My keys are coming up as French E's instead of question mark or apostrophes. Can you help me. This only happens in IncrediMail. Works fine in other venues. This is my question not my answer.

Press Alt+Shift. It will change your settings to english. But this will be needed to be done every time.

This will need to be done in every text. Area. Unless opended after the function has been activated.
