I wrote some cheques from a business account to myself and myself to the business account cheques cleared on my personal account but not the business account as the bank froze my personal account, is this fraud even though I had funds in the account? I have a gambling problem and was only trying to hide money from my family is all.

It sure might be. However, I'm sure that the reason WHY your account was frozen is germain. Why did they do that??

If you were not aware of the freeze or the possibility of it when you wrote the checks its not fraud. As long as you wrote the checks with the belief they would be paid.
