I have a ceiling lamp that is currently connected to 110V. Can I use it to connect to a 220V wiring? Thanks

I am not sure what you are trying to do. Feed a light fixture with 220, or more likely closer to 240, and you will blow out a 120 volt bulb. If you are wanting to power the ceiling fixture off an existing 240, it could be done from a 3 conductor feed using the white and either the black or red. I can't say that is a good idea and approved by code. Not everything that will work is.

If you want 240 at the ceiling, you could install a 2 pole breaker and connect the black and white wires from the ceiling fixture to it.
