I am not in a similar situation, but is there a possibility for you to get professional help like marriage counselling.

Or if possible get your immediate family /well wishers involved in order to solve the problem,especially if your husband is violent and abusing you physically/or mentally.

Those are classic symptoms of abuse. If something goes wrong does he often blame you, even though you really had very little or nothing to do with it?
