    Pppoe connects automatically and I don't want it to. I have tried all the simple and obvious fixes and none work.

    Any ideas?

    Hey; what is this pppoe? Can you clearly come up with this topic? At least tell me where and how and when this pppoe comes up automatically?

    Kill the network connection in Control Panel and redo it.
