Unable to charge
I got a new phone motorola ic502 (nextel) when I plug the charger in it says unable to charge, never dropped it or anything. I called motorola and they want me to send it to them in Florida, but I can not go without my phone. (I have an extra battery in another phone, that's how I keep using it). Before I send it out just want to know if anyone has any idea why it does that.
