I have an idea about skin whitening :cool: :

I read topic that say that :

UV radiation is producing
vitamin D in our body and also it is breaks
Down folate, essential vitamin B .

And as all we know uv also produce Melanin,the brown pigment in the skin, acts as a natural
Sunscreen. It protects against UV

Also I read
"Looking at Alaska, one would think
that the native people should be pale as ghosts,"
Couse they have not uv but no they are not pale why? Couse their
Traditional diet is rich in fish and other seafood.

They've consumed huge doses of vitamin D

And maaaaaaaby beeeee vit be has an effect on Melanin


What let me say that is I heard that vit be has whitening effect

I try a yeast pill it`s woooooooow
In just tow weeks I have great result
