    Renters 30 days
    I gave my landlord a 30 day notice but I am not for sure if I have to wait to move out at the end of the 30 days or if I can go ahead move out before the 30 days are up are you a loud to do this or do you have to stay the whole time??

    Hello baby:

    As long as you paid rent, you can do anything you like in your house including leave.

    I would arrange a time after the lease is over to do a walkthrough with your landlord. Take plenty of pictures.

    As long as you pay the rent for the full 30 days you can move out anytime.

    Yep yopu can move anytime. The LL MIGHT even prorate your rental. But don't count on it.
