    Civic surging
    Well I just put a different engine into my 91 civic dx I just swaped all of the bolt on thing distributer alt. the intake manafold and it starts but when it idels it surges really bad don't know what it is

    There are no Honda experts here, really... especially not for problems with a swapped engine.

My 90 honda civic key won't come out of the "lock" position in the ignition until you take the battery cable off. I've checked all the fuses and none of them seem to be bad. This is a real pain because if I leave the key in the ignition the battery will run dead. Help!
