    Looks like that multimedia device is a TV tuner card... philips SAA7130HL.

    You can try to get the software or drivers here Phillips Phillips SAA7130HL driver - Phillips Video Drivers - Drv._3.25.zip
    But I don't think that's why your games aren't working...

    I downloaded the driver for the tuner. You were right. It didn't help.
