    Condenser motor
    I noticed my condenser motor does not come on when I turn on my air conditioner. Is this something I can fix.

    Yes you can fix this problem, you should first try and confirm that it is bad, does the compressor run when there is a call for cooling ? Are there any burnt wires leading to the fan motor ? Does the capacitor have a ballooned top where the wires connect? (if it does then it is bad) Can you spin the motor and will it start working? (bad capacitor)
    To replace motor turn off power and remove the motor (make note of where the wires connect to ) Take motor with you so that you get the correct motor and get new capacitor for motor as well. Good luck , Mike
