Can I ask a question? Why do you want to convert NTFS to FAT32? Are you planning to install an old OS which is not supporting NTFS?
Normally Disk access is faster in NTFS than in FAT32 and Defragmentation is very quick.
Data loss does not take place during improper shutdown on NTFS volumes. Converting from NTFS to FAT32 might lead to data loos so think twice before you do it.
