    Is it?
Okay so I did stuff the 19th of July. As of July 31st I took a pregnancy test and the results were negative. Is this accurate or is it too early to tell? :( I hope I'm nott.

Yes it could be too early; wait about five days and test again with the first urine of the day. Have you missed your period yet? You may also want to visit a doctor and have them perform a quantitative blood test; these are more accurate than urine and qualitative blood tests.

Might still be a bit early best bet is to get a blood test... if not try another HPT with your first morning urine after 2 weeks of being late.

I assume "stuff" means sex, because if you didn't have sex then you are not pregnant. If you did have sex just say the word sex... it isn't a bad word.
Back to the question. This is most likely too eary to tell. It would help to know when your last period was and when you are expecting your next period or have you already missed your period? These play a part in when you should take a pregnancy test. If you have missed your period then I would get a blood test done for more accurate results. If you haven't missed your period then you have to play the waiting game and see if you do miss your period.
Even though some hpt tests claim they can detect pregnancy 5 days before your missed period you are more likely to get a false negative if you are pregnant. I got a positive result the day after my missed period, but most people would advise you to wait a week or two after your missed period.
