My Kenmore series 80 dryer is not drying!
The home I purchased a year ago already had a now seven-year-old series 80 Kenmore electric clothes dryer which seemed to work fine at first. Gradually, it has taken longer and longer for the clothes to dry. Recently, although the clothes get hot and swirl around in the dryer, they are simply not getting dry. I can leave them there for an hour or longer and they are still wet. About a week ago, my brother-in-law helped me move it away from the wall and we cleaned out all lint build-up from all possible places, but that didn't help. Someone told me I should simply buy a new dryer, but I would rather fix this one, if that is possible, without spending a ton of money to do it. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Thanks a bunch!

You need to check vent hose from the dryer all the way back to where it exits house. I there is any blockage it will cause this problem. Good luck.
