    Express mail
Sorry if I put this in the wrong place, and if I did, tell me where to put it.

If I wanted to use express mail to Turkey (don't know if I can or not) from the U.S. about maybe 2 or 3 ounces, how much would it cost me?

Go to your local post office and ask the nice lady behind the counter? They get paid to answer these questions :)
I would hazard a completely speculative guess of a couple of dollars.

Well, If I could do that I wouldn't be posting this obviously. There is no way I can get there right now because Im too young to drive, no one in my house is willing to take me and the post office is too far away to walk or ride my bike too.

Global Priority is a good option. Unless you are sending to a metropolitan city in Turkey, it will probably take 4 to 5 days anyway. There are exceptions to Express Mail even in the US.

You can also log onto to FedEx, UPS or DHL and get their rates.
