    Office2003 valkyrie.dll vaulted mail
Why does the valkyrie.dll get disabled in Outlook 2003?
Periodically valkyrie.dll is listed as a disabled add-in in Outlook 2003.
This causes the clients vaulted items to become inaccessible.
Simply enabling it fixes the problem, does anyone know what causes it to be disabled or how to stop it from happening?

    Thanks for your time everyone.

When a user has a problem connecting to the network, this dll can't run.
The next time Outlook starts it presents the user with the statement that there was a problem with valkyrie last time, would they like to disable it?
    The user does.

I'm not sure how to prvent this from happening, but that's how it does.
