    Finding arrest Warrents
    Can anyone tell me where to go online, by state, or nationwide, to find out if a person has a warrant out for their arrest. Free. Thanks

    Some county Sheriff's and Police Departments have this information online. For example, San Diego County/San Diego Sheriff's Department has an online listing of who is in jail and who has a warrant. I do not know if they charge for that. The state of North Dakota, where I live, does charge for the search ($29.00) and will do state, county, and national searches.

    My ex boyfriend threatened me and my best friend over the phone... And he said that he was going to beat 120.issue we did and 2 cops came over and they said to go to the magistrates office... And we did and we talk to them about they issued a warrant out for his arrest and now all we are doing is waiting for our court that we have to go to...

    What? I have no idea what you are asking and please don't use text speak on the legal boards.

    There is no charge to walk into a Police Station and ask if there is an open warrant.
