    Endothermic vs. Exothermic
    Greetings,

Is the decomposition of gaseous dinitrogen pentoxide to gaseous nitrogen dioxide and oxygen exothermic or endothermic?

    Thanks!

Do you have energy values for the bonds? How about a balanced chemical equation? You need to calculate the energy it takes to break the bonds, and the energy released by forming the new bonds.
