    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your own question on someone else's. So I've asked that this be moved to its own thread.

    But really, did you bother to read the other posts in the thread before posting? Your question was answered there.

    The answer is you usually can't relinquish your rights and you defintiely can't relinquish your responsibilities.
