    How to select video card?
My PC running DDR memory(184pin) and has one AGP 8X/4X slot, but I see some AGP Video Card with DDR, DDR2 and DDR3. What is the difference between DDR memory and DDR Video card? Dose my PC support DDR2 video card and DDR3 video card?

DDR, DDR2,DDR3 are faster speed memory. Yes, your PC can support those cards as long as the card is in AGP format. You are limited by the bandwidth of the AGP(8X) and PCI bus speeds. Faster memory means a faster computer. Replace all memory with same speed though.

Yes your PC will support Video cards using the Graphics version of DDR, whose acroynm is GDDR. Most newer cards will use GDDR3.

Don't worry about what type of memory is used on the video card, as long as it is a AGP, your fine.

Just saying I agree with the above. The slot type is all you need to worry about really, unless you're going really high end, then maybe you need to worry about your PSU too.
