    Cleaning out Body System
    I'm looking for a noninvasive way to cleanse my system by way of juices or foods (vegetables). I am allergic to herbal anything. Are there any suggestions?

    What are you trying to cleanse your system of? Drugs?

    What about homemade vegetable drinks and fruit drinks? Lots of water is important.

    How long do you plan to cleanse the system?
