    Probation transfers
    Is not being from a state reason to not except transfer? What is the general criteria for not xcepting I was told cannot live with boyfriend(hes on parole) I don't live with him though

    Your question isn't really clear, but if he's on parole and you're on probation, he can't see you and you can't see him.
