    Am I at a healthy weight
    At the beginning of 8th grade I weighed 141 and I was 5ft 4inches, Now I am 130 and 5ft 5inches. I lost weight but I want to loose more. Am I at a healthy weight. I am a girl, and I have been dancing since I was 3 and now I am 14. I dance 4 nights a week.

    You should go to your doctor and have him/her determine what a healthy weight for you is. Muscle weighs more than fat, so sometimes, if you weigh a little more it can be muscle mass. Especially if you're in shape. It also depends on where/how you carry your weight. From the way it sounds at 5'5" and 130 lbs you sound fine...maybe even thin. I know when I was 145 lbs I looked healthy (not stick thin) and I'm 5'7". Hope this helps!

    I would like to do your body mas index (BMI) and that will tell how close to your perfect weight you are. But to do that I need to know your age and if you are a boy or girl.
