    F-1 to Green Card
I'm studying my MBA with the F-1 Visa status in the US. Is it possible for a US established company to hire me changing my status to a permanent resident (green card)? I already finished another academic Masters of Arts in the US. I'm still working on my MBA.

    Thank you!

Just go and apply for a citizenship already, you don't have to wait for a employer to help you get anything, you can do it yourself.

You have a few options, but most likely you may be able to qualify for an EB2 because of your advanced degree but it also depends on what position that the employer has to be used as the basis of this visa.
