    Custody Question? HELP!!
How do I go about getting sole custody with no visitation against an ex-husband who is pretty much a loser. He never holds a job for longer then a couple of months and he is living with his 19 year old girfriends parents and he is 24. He has been in prison 2-3 times and has felonies for drugs and domestic battery. Her is currenty on probation for domestic battery and got into a fight about 3 months ago and got court supervision for that. Any chance a judge will give him visitation?

    Custody
    Hi,
You didn't mention a very, very important word; "lawyer".
    Do you have a lawyer?
If not, get one. The Courts are set up for lawyers, and he/she will be able to advise you, on what to say, what to do, and will go to court with you.
    You need one.
    Best wishes,
    fredg
