Any cedar trees nearby? Orange spots can mean cedar/apple rust which can be elimated by removing the cedar tree. I have a problem with this but a multipurpose fruit tree spray usually keeps it in check. Seems to be the worst in humid conditions. Just a guess. Would have to see the leaves.
