    A place to train on runescape
    I am a combat lvl 85 with 71 attack, 70 strength, and 65 defense, I want to train my defense up to 70, anyone know any fast training spots I could try?(and please don't say experiemnts)

    I know, but people usually say experiemnts or castle wars or pest control... I like pest control but its too slow

    I say u should train at the dragons north of verrack they are easy to kill I'm a lvl 114 combat

    Train at spiders in barb village stronghold of security. They auto attack so you can afk. I'm level 122 and I get from 100k-150k exp an hour.
