Typically its 12-14 days past the 1st day of your last period. But it really depends on how long your cycle is.

You can Google ovulation calculator and enter the first day of your last period and it will give you many choices to see your most fertile dates most even give you six months of dates.

Canadian2007. Since every woman's cycle is different there are only estimates on what day the average woman on a 28 day cycle is fertile. For a 28 day cycle, 12-14 days is the estimate for ovulation. Since your period is 32 days, my guess would be around 14-16 days. BUT that is just a guess. If you want a more accurate idea of when you ovulate, buy ovulation predictor kits, and start charting your basal body temp (Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com) As far as the Luteal Phase, I got this quote off www.ovulation-calculator.com for you.

"The Luteal Phase is the time period beginning with the day after ovulation and running through the remainder of your menstrual cycle (it ends the day before your next period). Typically, the duration of the luteal phase phase lasts between 10 and 16 days - and is generally consistent from cycle to cycle, averaging for most women at 14 days."

    Hope this helped
