Installing CMI8330 sound card on Win XP
I just loaded Windows XP professional on my PII 333 MHZ system.
The system board is SIS620 with built in CMI8330 sound card. The sound driver supplied with CD is compatible with win NT.
Please let me know which driver to install to enable my sound card on Win Xp. I am also running win 2000 on the same machine on dual boot basis. On win 2000 I installed the c-Media 8838 driver and it is working fine but on win xp it is not .

Drivers need to be downloaded from the device manufacturer. Its possible the sound is not supported for XP.
