    Differents between salary and hourly payroll
    I was wanting to know about salary payroll. My husband get salary but yet if he miss just 5 hours in the day they are taking off his pay. But yet he works 60 hours a week with no over time pay. Is this legal?

    No not normally, each state will have its own requirements, like TN even has a min about to be paid to be considered salary.

    But one I know for use, if you are required to clock in and out or keep track of your hours, then you are allowed overtime pay. I know that because a company I worked for had us writing down when we came in and when we left, but we were salary, we sued them and won.
