    Cannot lose weight
I have been commuting to work and have been riding an average of 105 minutes a day @ a heart rate of 150 bpm for four weeks consistently  and have not changed what I eat . I have not lost a pound. Is this a sign of a thyroid problem? Is this normal?
With the online calorie estimators @ my weight, I would be burning over 1500 calories a day.
Talk about a discouraging weight loss program!!

    Some one help

Wow, that's interesting. Have you spoken to a doctor? You might have a thyroid problem. So talk to your doc. And go get some blood tests done to see if you do. That way at least you get a pill or something to help it if you do have it.
