I worked for the owners at a gas station and I never got to count my until we all three ran on it I never new what was in there well I guess 97 dollars came up missing and I was told by the owner of the gas station that I was going to have to pay it well Sunday I went in and I just told her that I will not pay all of it cause I don't think its fair that I have to pay it when I did not know what was in there when I came in or left when I come in she is on the until and than I take over it's a back and forth thing and than her husband would come in and take over without counting the until down well I went in to get my paycheck and she took the hunderds from my pay and she would also change my time card so that I would not get paid all if it it would only be 40hours a week and the rest would be under the table What rights do I have can she take that money from me knowing there is not any prove of where that money went and can she get introuble for paying me under the table and some in a paycheck please HELP

You have almost no rights in this situation. Its not fair, but its your word against theirs. Unless you can prove that all three of you used the till during that time, you are stuck. I would suspect they have pulled this scam before on other workers. If you can find others to band together you may get somewhere.

But I would chalk it up to experience. Never take a job where you don't have full control over the cash drawer.
