    It Is An 80's Movie
    I Can't Remember Much, I Just Remember That There Is This Guy That Is Desperate For A Girlfriend And His Friend Invents This Liquid Potion Of Some Sort That Makes Things In Magazines Come To Life, He Shows His Friend By Making A Bull Dog I Think Come To Life Out Of A Magazine By Putting The Lquid Stuff On It. So He Steals The Potion And Brings It Home And Puts In On Women In The Magazine But Bazarre Stuff Happens Like I Remember One Even Having Just A Half Body!! Any Body Remember This??

    I Remember Weird Science They Wore Bra's On Their Head For The Experiment To Work, I Remember That One Well Ha Ha Thanks For Trying Though, Any More Thoughts??

    Actually that is an episode of Amazing Stories. I happen to have that particular one on tape.

    Lunarblue is right I found it! Amazing stories season 2 episode 2 "miscalculation" staring Jon Cryer, the series is actually available on netflix
