What should I do?
I told this girl I had a crush on her, but ran before I got her reaction. I will see her on Thursday. How should I do to approach her and talk to her?

You gave her space to think about what you said and to consider whether your feelings are reciprocated. I would take her aside and talk to her in private. You dropped a huge emotional bomb on her and ran.
This is something that can be life altering to be honest, and it probably didn't portray your intentions and feelings well by running after you told her. I would be prepared for the let down of her not feeling the same way about you as you do about her. The problem you're most likely going to need to contend with is how to recover your friendship if such a thing is possible.
A piece of advice, if you're going to tell a woman that you've got a crush on her, stick around for her reaction and deal with the outcome then and there. You'll be seen as a more mature and responsible person. Good Luck.

Are you 13 or 18? The answers will vary according to your ages.

First apologize for laying this on her all of a sudden, and being a chicken about it. Then man up and ask her what she thinks and this should be between the two, with no one else around.

According to my friend's emails, everyone knows about it.

You're just going to have to man up, and talk to her, and see what she says. Running away helped nothing, but see this through anyway. Finish what you started.
Good Luck.
