    Jail for theft
    Would I go to jail for theft out of a store? Even if I have gotten in trouble twice before, just not for theft?

    Depends on you rage, your past record (what kind of trouble?), if you're on probation, where and whether you stole a pack of gum - or an airplane (to quote Excon).

    Ues you may go to jail for theft, if it is a large theft it can be a longer jail time.
