    Great, now keep alert and available, cause we have our hands full... them thar detainee's are devious and cunning... always scheming... and we have a warrant out for that Rebbie girl... she is a notorious speeder that we have to catch...

    Ok, you are pretty much updated... training is OJT and there will be tests given by the Chief Deputy from time to time...

    That is pretty cool. That is why its good not to stuff your face. Eat slower, eat less and perfect way to control my Big Fat Belly, and also enjoy the food your eating..

    Exactly! If you eat a bunch real fast you will still be hungry until that 20 minute mark. So, If you go to a buffet and are trying to eat healthy, you could start by eating a salad and eat it slowly then move on and at the end you wouldn't be as miserable. I got a big o belly I am trying to get rid of.

    I'm here.

    I'm back from lunch too. I had a grilled chicken club from the Chick-Fil-A. I think I eat too fast sometimes too; I'm always in a rush. :-(
