    Consistent pain in mid right back for last 4 hours
    Dull throbbing pain in right side of back - what could be the problem?

    Sounds like your gallbladder. You can have a blood test to determine if this is the problem or not and know the results in about an hour.

    Any pain as you describe is telling you see a doctor. There would have to be tests done to diagnose and treat the cause of the pain. Good luck
