    Dizziness and pain on left side
    I am having selint dizzness and arm and shoulder feels numb at times

    I don't know what selint dizziness is - but you need to see a Physician.

    For pity's sake! We don't know if you are 20 or 80, male or female, healthy or not, fat or thin, family history...
    Left side of what? Heart? How about heart attack?? Goes with numb or painful arm.
