2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer whisteling
    Hello,

I know someone that has a 2004 Ford Explorer and he asked me to post this because his laptop died.

Ok My friend has a 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and one morning he was driving to work and he and I heard a Whistling noise coming from the engine  so we turn the heater off thinking that would help but it didn't is it the belt or the heater. Every time he accelerates the noise comes. My question is where is it coming from and were. Its annoying.

Check the belt for glazing and the pulleys for wear.

Was it in heater or defrost mode? In defrost the AC runs also.
