14 week old german shepherd poops and pees everywhere, crate, floor, where ever, when ever and right in front of us!! We are constantly taking her out to go, waiting and waiting for her to go, rewarding her to death with treats and praise when she does go, and she still poops and pees were ever and when ever!! So aggravating!!

It isn't a matter of caring or not caring on the dog's part, it is all a matter of training on the human part. She needs an enclosed space, a big one when you are all around the living room, and a crate at night or if you are gone for an hour or two. You will have to clean the spots she went in super, super well so she can't smell them anymore. She needs a regular schedule (dogs are creatures of habit and routine) for going out. Go around closing all doors when you are in a particular room until she is trained. She is old enough to be fully trained. And reward only with praise, no treats. Save the treats for other things that are more unusual.
