    PLEASE help name an old movie for me.
    I watched a movie when I was very young and I have tried so hard to search for it.. But my information is to vauge for Google please help.

    It was of the similar generation as the movie D.A.R.Y.L. and very similar.

    The movie I watched was about a boy that was fantastic at controlling everything electrical. The only scene I actually remember was I think they were in a café type place and he took control of the traffic lights. He was with man.

    Id apprecaite your help. As I've been searching for years for this one.
