It's so hard when there's unfinished business
I was doing well... it's been 3 weeks since my boyfriend of over 5 years broke up with me. We were living together and I've been staying with a friend. I found an apartment and am finally moving in at the end of this week. I've been having to go to our apartment to pack and all that. I have tried to do NC and was doing well until now because since we lived together, we have a lot of things to sort out. We have to have the bills changed from my name and the lease also has to be changed. How do I get through this part? I was doing fine until now. I hadn't stepped foot in the apt for a while, but now all the emotions are coming back up.

Focus on the business at hand, and not the memories. Get 'er done. Life is about doing what your supposed to do, despite your feelings. No its not easy, but must be done.

Obstacles are what appears, when you take your eyes off the goal!
